The issue seems to be specific to the F1TV app. Every other app I have tried to AirPlay was working without any problem. When I tried to AirPlay to TVs with a different OS, there was no problem. The opposite end of the HDMI cable must now be connected to the LG smart TV's HDMI port. Connect the Apple adapter to your iPhone, followed by the HDMI cable to the adapter's other port.

The problem is both with the iOS and iPadOS. So, I conducted some experiments and I have found the following: Configure the app on TV by filling the IP address shown on your iPhone. Use your TV’s remote control to open LG Content Store and you can find the same TV & Cast on the right side of the screen. It was reported some time ago that there was a problem casting from an iPhone to WebOS TVs (here). Ensure your iPhone and LG TV are under the same Wi-Fi network.
